Jack Rossi, Principal

Prior to establishing his office in 2004, Jack held senior level positions with several prominent design firms in the northeastern U.S. including Johnson and Richter, Inc., Avon, CT; Russell Gibson von Dohlen Architects, Farmington, CT; and Carr, Lynch and Sandell, Inc., in Cambridge, MA.

He’s taught as an adjunct professor at the Institute of Ecosystem Studies, Millbrook, NY and Vermont Technical College, Randolph, VT and served as a design critic at the University of Massachusetts and the University of Connecticut.

Jack earned a Bachelor of Science in Landscape Architecture degree w/honors from Purdue University and a Master of Landscape Architecture degree with a minor in Studio Art from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst. He also studied painting and photography at Hartford Art School and creative writing at Dartmouth College. He holds professional licensing in six states and has a broad range of project experience spanning over 30 years.  

When not in the studio Jack is a lifelong skier and professional ski instructor, a mixed media artist, and an avid traveler.
